There have been some thefts associated with open garage doors in the neighborhood. The PCHOA strongly encourages owners to close their garage doors when not in use for the sake of everyone's safety.

Please keep your pets on leashes when providing them walks. Also, remember to be polite and pick up after them.

Monthly News Letter:

Bulk leaf curbside pickup will be performed in three cycles, with one pass per neighborhood per cycle, which means it is best to have your leaves ready for pickup at the beginning of the cycle as pick up days will vary from cycle to cycle. This year the cycles are planned to begin on:

• Monday, October 19 2020

• Monday, November 2 2020

• Monday, November 16 2020
